Narrative Therapy: Korea¡¯s Turn to New Possibilities in Health and Human Services

Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of this article was to provide an overview of the development of narrative therapy in South Korea.
Methods: The review and analysis made here were based on sources such as articles from academic journals, theses or dissertations; records and proceedings of conferences and seminars on topics related to narrative therapy; and personal communication and interviews with key figures in the area.

Results: The author provides a short history of the narrative therapy approach and discussed the current status of the model, issues of education and training, and characteristics of research on narrative therapy in South Korea.

Conclusions: The author proposes the significance of the developments discussed in the article and suggests areas of improvement.
